Can I return a hockey stick that has been used or taped?
We only accept returns on unused items in their original packaging. Once a stick has been taped or used in play, it is no longer eligible for return, though it may be covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty.
Do you offer professional skate sharpening for online orders?
Skates purchased online are shipped with a factory edge and are not pre-sharpened. We recommend visiting any Pro Hockey Life retail location to have your skates custom-contoured and sharpened to your preference.
What is your policy on Price Matching?
We strive to offer the most competitive prices in the industry. If you find a lower advertised price from an authorized local dealer on an identical in-stock item, we will match it.
